Colourful PDF one day planner including space for To-do’s, meals, exercise and a timetable (6am-7pm). Will be helpful in motivating you to stay on track and manage your school/home life along with mental and physical health. Can be printed or used electronically on Apple products using ‘mark up’.

(There are most definitely ways to write on it electronically using other devices also but I am not sure how).
