A 40 page workbook that can be used in wellbeing classes, life skills classes, registration time or SPHE. Designed to give students a chance to unwind and to aid discussions and reflections around certain wellbeing topics.

The journal contains the following:
A title page that students can design
Activities: wordsearches, join the dots, mazes, finish the drawing games, colouring sheets, bonding games with the class
Topics covered: all about me, inspirations and likes. Gratitude, positive self talk and growth mindset, coping with emotions, worries and keeping healthy.
Trackers/logs: wellbeing check in tracker sheets and physical activity log.
